12. Follow-up Appointments
Clinic visits will be frequent immediately after hospital discharge, but they will spread out as time goes by. Typically, follow-ups are scheduled ten days, one month, three months, six months, and then one year. Annual appointments are recommended, but these could be conducted by your primary care physician.
